The project encompassed a comprehensive range of both reactive and planned maintenance services, ensuring continued safety, compliance, and operational reliability.

The scope included the following key service areas:

• Fire Alarm Servicing: Routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems to ensure full compliance with current fire safety regulations and to provide early warning in the event of an emergency.
• Emergency Lighting Servicing: Regular servicing and functional testing of emergency lighting systems to ensure safe and compliant exit routes in the event of a power failure or emergency situation.
• Dry Riser Maintenance: Inspection and testing of dry riser systems to maintain readiness for use by fire services, including pressure testing and certification in accordance with relevant standards.
• Access Control Servicing: Planned maintenance and responsive repair of access control systems to ensure secure and reliable entry points across the premises, supporting both tenant safety and operational access requirements.

The project successfully met all contracted KPI targets, demonstrating a high standard of performance and service delivery.

Disruption to tenants was minimized through the coordination of multi-disciplined visits, allowing multiple works to be completed in a single appointment and reducing the need for repeat access.
