Royal Bolton Hospital is a major hub in Greater Manchester for women’s and children’s services and the second busiest ambulance-receiving site in the region. It has over 6,000 people working across its 25 sites, providing a range of specialist care to keep the community fit and healthy.

Arrowe Park Hospital is the largest hospital on the Wirral, with a 15-acre site that is shared between Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. To continue providing high quality care to patients in this 1960s-era hospital, it was identified of a need to undertake a refurbishment of Ward 30.

The formation of a new build Endoscopy unit at a major District Hospital. We were appointed under a JCT Design & Build contract to undertake the full M&E design from RIBA Stage 1 and the main contractor design from RIBA Stage 4.

Following the successful completion of the Endoscopy project at Ormskirk District General Hospital, we were awarded a contract directly with the Trust to undertake the refurbishment and extension of the Physiotherapy facilities. In addition to this, we constructed a walkway between this facility and the main hospital building, providing better, safer, and more comfortable connectivity for patients and staff.

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust specialises in providing mental health care, including support with learning disabilities, addiction management, and acquired brain injury services. With growing demand for its services, the Trust needed to expand capacity at its Rathbone Low Secure Unit in Liverpool.
