With ever increasing pressure on services and a rapidly-changing regulatory environment for building safety, Royal Bolton Hospital needed specialist support to ensure its security, fire, and life safety systems were regularly services and continually maintained.

To support the Trust, we were appointed to deliver servicing, maintenance, and emergency breakdown callouts for its:

• Fire alarms.
• Emergency lighting systems.
• Access control.
• CCTV systems.
• Intruder alarm systems.

To deliver the contract according to the Trust’s requirements, we have assigned a dedicated on-site engineering team and a dedicated contract manager, allowing us to remain in constant communication with its estates teams and respond quickly to faults.

This approach has allowed us to successfully meet all KPI requirements, including for responding to urgent reactive works.

Our approach has also ensured that disruption to hospital operations and patient care has been minimal, allowing clinical staff to focus on what they do best.

Following this success, the contract has been extended to encompass additional services for the hospital.
